To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Perception disclaims all warranties relating to this software, whether expressed or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and against infringement. Perception does not warrant that the functions contained in the software will meet your requirements, or that the operation of the software will be uninterrupted or error- free. Neither Perception nor anyone else who has been involved in the creation, production, or delivery of this software shall be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use such software, even if Perception has been advised of the possibility of such damages or claims.
